ABSTRACT 

The existence of the indigenous people of the Naga village, Neglasari village, Salawu Tasikmalaya sub-district has been around for a long time. Article 18 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that the state recognizes and respects indigenous peoples and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with the development of society and the principles of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the governmental system of the traditional community of Naga village, Neglasari village, Salawut Tasikmalaya sub-district. The research type is descriptive. This research is a normative legal research. The results showed that the community government system of Kampung Naga had 2 first institutions, the government institutions consisted of RT, RK / RW, Kudus (Kepala Dusun). Second, the customary institution, namely Kuncen, which serves as customary holder and leads traditional ceremonies in pilgrimage. Download.
